Centricity + Cityworks

SaaS UI/UX Design

Centricity hired MXMD to improve the user experience for Cityworks Permits, Licensing and Land (PLL). Cityworks was "difficult" for employees to manage in-house and required training, so we created software that provides an easier interface for inspectors to use. We also developed an app for inspectors to schedule and check their permit inspections while in the field, as well as a citizen app for checking ongoing requests in their area.

Produced a new logo and logo elements based on our user findings that were more fantasy sports related

Creative directed and designed the full mobile application for iOS and Android as well as create a new website design and a few landing pages

Established the design direction and initial social media posts for the brand that informed the rest of the marketing experiences
